Its coming up to show time.
I'm starting to pull my hair already! its fun really but so much to do. I'm really lucky to have such a great band of helpers who magically appear on Friday afternoon to get the hall ready for the show. Some of them have been doing it for so long its amazing the way it all goes so smoothly. Thanks in advance to all helpers especially anyone who makes me a coffee to keep me going.
The morning of the show we all get busy putting in our entries (hopefully) if not sure of how anything should be staged theres always someone to ask. Please make sure everything is on show by 11am when the judging starts except the home produce, its very hard work having to taste all those cakes and jams so they have to be staged by 10.30am.
Our Photos wil be judged on Friday afternoon so please put them in with your entries which must be in by 5 0'clock Thursday so I have time to write the cards and work out how much space each class needs.
Please come along and support our event we have teas and homemade cakes, raffle tombola and round the afternoon off with an auction of produce generously donated by our members.
Dont forget to have a look at the Childrens classes its amazing what can be done with pasta, pulses and a bit of imagination.
